Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Online Store Cake Orders
If you need to cancel your online store cake order, please note that a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from your total. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to your selected pickup or delivery date.
Unfortunately, cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable.
Requests to modify your online order within 48 hours of collection or delivery will be considered subject to availability. Major design changes may incur additional design or alteration fees, determined at the discretion of our team. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs, but adjustment costs may apply depending on the size and complexity of your cake.
For Custom Celebration & Wedding Cakes
Custom orders secured via invoice require a non-refundable deposit, which will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of your pickup or delivery date, the full order amount will be forfeited.
If you need to postpone your event, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling — pending our availability. Just send us a written request, and we’ll work to accommodate your new date.
Quality & Refunds
We want you to absolutely love your Bakeology Studios cake. However, we cannot issue refunds for concerns related to design choices, colour tones, or artistic interpretation. If you’re unhappy with the flavour or quality, we’ll assess the situation at our discretion — but the product must be returned in its original condition for any resolution to be considered.
Please note: Refunds cannot be issued for cakes that have been partially or fully consumed.
